We all need to relax regularly to stay mentally and emotionally balanced. When we relax, our brain gets an opportunity to process the impressions of the day, balance emotions, and release stress. Unfortunately, the modern pace of life and the world’s instability make it challenging for us to just relax.
It only takes 15 min and you can practice them either during the day or before falling asleep - there are two slightly different versions for that.

They help you calm down and feel more in control here and now, but they are not designed to address the root cause – why you reacted with elevated stress. If you need to address the root cause and reduce the intensity of your future reactions, I recommend you consider therapy.
